Error 204.x First can-body contaminated
Description
Energy:
During calibration the contamination must not respond before or on the first can body. During calibration the threshold is 9.0 volt of the filtered voltage between the roller heads.
Pulsar:
The contamination monitor has responded on the Pulsar channel on the first can body.
Remedy
- If the welding current has been strongly increased or material quality/machine setting has changed, the monitor must be readjusted.
- If the first can body was an overlacquered sheet, repeat calibration.
- Contaminated wire must be cleaned.
- Check voltage contacts.
- Check mechanical welding settings.
- Measure (filtered voltage) in the +800 box at measuring card.
- Request Description “Weld Monitor SWM-2: Sporadic Contamination” from Soudronic.
- Energy node with new UC3 Coldfire hardware (745-09313/00 or 745-09314/00): the voltage measurement signal can be too high for the AFB 108-LT, Soucan 100-LT or PMB machines. In this case, you can set parameter EnergyUseExtendedValueRange = TRUE. Energy card 745-01816/101 can be used for energy node with UC2 hardware (745-09013/04).
- Measure the signals of the energy channel.
- Check the welding loop, Pulsar.
