Error 344.x Monitor: defective hardware
Description
One or more measuring signals are not correctly present.
Remedy
- When feeder ON, the monitor does not detect any energy signal.
- Check in the monitor box +800 that the energy card, heat card and the CPU have been correctly plugged into the Unicontrol backplane.
- If the energy measurement is faulty, check the following: contacts on the roller heads, energy measurement cabling, energy measurement PCB.
- In the case of software or hardware problems, proceed as follows: perform calibration, switch supply off and on again. If the problem persists, inform Soudronic Customer Service.
- The machine cycle signal appears in gaps smaller than 20 ms
- If the machine cycle signal is faulty check the machine cycle sensor, cabling and I/O card and replace if necessary.
- Measure the signals of the energy channel.
