Error 308.x Monitor Channel failed
Description
More than 10 can bodies arrive at the ejector, which do not have any quality information or do not have quality information for all channels.
Before the first can body in a series has reached the ejector, more than 10 can bodies went through it without quality information. This can occur when can bodies remain standing on the conveyor belts after a malfunction.
Remedy
- Perform calibration.
- Switch supply system off and on
- Calibrate monitor channels individually.
- Energy channel: measure monitor signals and test sliding contacts.
- Heat channel: measure monitor signals and replace defective measuring head amplifier.
- Heat channel: check fiber-optic light guide.
- Measure the signals of the energy channel.
