606.x Contamination
Description
The pulsar has detected contamination.
This error only occurs when the ejection is not selected in the options page or a stand-alone application (SWM-2, SWM-3 or PLC Sa) with ejection has been started.
Remedy
The concerned can body is defective:
- Check material quality.
- Check and correct machine settings.
- Switch on ejection option if available.
The concerned can body has no weld seam errors:
- In case of different material quality/machine settings the Pulsar must be readjusted (setup on monitor page).
- Check the welding loop, Pulsar.
