917.x Too many rejected can-bodies
Description
More than X (value $RejectTrackingAllowedCans) defective can bodies in the last Y (value $RejectTrackingBaseNumberOfCans) can bodies from the current series were detected and ejected.
Remedy
The can bodies ejected are defective:
- Check cut blank.
- Check material quality.
- Check and correct machine settings.
- Monitor reasons for ejection
The ejected can bodies evince no seam faults:
- If material quality/machine setting is changed, the monitor must be readjusted.
- Energy channel: Measure the signals of the energy channel
- Heat channel: check the lens system setting.
