Description
No error!
When all can bodies are ejected from the ejector unit, the reason for ejection can be seen on page event and status log.
Remark: combined error numbers can also occur.
For example: 0x0000 0050 → 0x0000 0010 and 0x0000 0040
Remedy
- 0x0000 0000: No error!
- 0x0000 0001: All can bodies in oven ejected → oven not ready for operation
- 0x0000 0002: All can bodies on spray arm ejected → spray monitor error
- 0x0000 0004: All can bodies on can upender ejected → can upender error
- 0x0000 0008: All can bodies ejected → ejection node UC2 input 4 or UC3 input 6 is low (forced ejection)
- 0x0000 0010: See error 132.x Trailing end too late
- 0x0000 0020: See error 131.x Trailing end too early
- 0x0000 0040: See error 94.x Can-body jam
- 0x0000 0080: See error 96.x Eject synchronisation lost
- 0x0000 0100: First can body too early at ejection station. See error 628.x Monitor: First can travelling time out of tolerance
- 0x0000 0200: See error 96.x Eject synchronisation lost
- 0x0000 0400: First can body too late at ejection station. See error 628.x Monitor: First can travelling time out of tolerance
- 0x0000 0800: All can bodies ejected at the pulsar → pulsar contamination
- 0x0000 1000: Eject all can bodies after twinned can body (parameter $MonitorMachineOffAfterTwinCan must be TRUE)
- 0x0000 2000: All can bodies ejected during the monitor run-down time
- 0x0000 4000: All can bodies ejected by downstream process A014:In5
- 0x0000 8000: Eject all can bodies following contamination (parameter $MonitorMachineOffAfterContaminatedCan has to be TRUE)
- 0x0001 0000: All can bodies ejected by the powder system.
- 0x0002 0000: All can bodies ejected by the DCS (dynamic can separation).
- 0x0004 0000: All can bodies ejected during setup: EjectCansAtWelderSetupMode = TRUE
