Error 305.x Bad weld profile
Description
Welding profile is inconsistent.
Reductions overlap each other.
Defective sequence of reductions - score elevation 2 before score elevation 1.
Delay time between machine cycle and can-body start (weld delay) is greater than one machine cycle.
The Pulsar software is too old.
Remedy
- Correct can-body leading end and trailing end by means of overlap measurement.
- Check reductions and increases, length must not be 0.
- Check score position.
