899.x Stationary transport / Sensor defective
Description
ONLY WITH DCD: One or more can bodies pass the can-body sensor but no speed signal (A032 input 1, A032 input 4) is present.
Remedy
- Do not work in the sensor area while the current is ON.
- Check setting and function of the speed sensor. Distance to measuring wheel should be 0.1-0.3 mm Notch on the sensor’s front part must point to shaft direction of measuring wheel.
- Test cabling and I/O card.
