897.x Oven: Can flow monitoring entry to exit fault
Description
The can-body flow can be monitored at the oven. A monitoring device can be started at each oven belt and at the rotary plate.
The monitoring device can be activated with parameter $OvenCanFlowMonitoringIsActive.
Oven belt: oven inlet sensor to oven outlet sensor.
Rotary plate: oven outlet sensor of first oven belt to oven inlet sensor of second oven belt.
In case of error, a line stop is triggered in the welding machine. The line stop can be acknowledged by pressing the green oven ON button.
Remedy
- Remove the jam and let the system run again.
- Observe can-body flow and clear obstacles.
- Check the 'Exit' sensor of the monitoring devices.
- Check production, can-body gap, and can-body height on the GCC.
- Check transport speed. V=(height + gap) * production.
- Disable monitoring. Parameter $OvenCanFlowMonitoringIsActive = FALSE.
- Check the digital input.
