681.x Analog values too large

Description

Induction oven generator

When the output stage is activated, the monitoring of the external analogue signal (set value) detects too high a voltage.

The valid range is between 0 and 10 V.

If the error display is flashing, the fault is for output stage 2 (output X2), if the error display is stationary, for output stage 1 (output X1).
The seven-segment display of the inductor indicates an 'a'.

Remedy

  • Check wiring.
  • Check set value.
