606.x DC voltage too high

Description

This error is triggered as soon as the measured DC link voltage of the PULSAR exceeds the peak input voltage by 100 V or exceeds the absolute value of 800 VDC.

Remedy

Voltage of power input greater than 560 VAC

  • Reduce line voltage.

Neutral three-phase supply with 0 VDC PULSAR connected

  • Remove neutral connection to 0 VDC.
  • Wire neutral connection to 0 VDC via choke coil.

Output line PULSAR X103:1 or X103:2 is short-circuited against machine ground (welding transformer has short circuit against ground).

  • Eliminate short circuit.

Drives feed too powerfully back into the link when braking.

  • Reduce speed.
