630.x Motor defective / wiring wrong

Description

An electrical error has occurred in connection with the motor, such as short circuit or interruption.

Remedy

Check the motor cable from ACOPOS to the servo motor as well as the motor for winding defects.

When using switch-disconnector motors: Check that the switch-disconnector is switched on.

6019: The monitoring has detected an overload current.

  • Short circuit in the motor or cable: phase to phase or against ground/shield.
  • The ACOPOS internal measurement is defective: check whether the error also occurs if the motor cable is detached.

6045: During the activation of the servo amplifier, a test is performed to see whether current can flow from the servo amplifier to the motor (or to the choke coil during power supply). This test was not successful.

  • Check motor cable connections.
  • Disconnect motor cable from the ACOPOS and measure resistors of phases (must not be 'infinite' and must be similar for all phases).
  • If not OK, disconnect cable from motor and perform the same measurement on the motor.
  • ATTENTION: The motor cables on the ACOPOS are coded; do not force them in!
  • Check type of motors.
  • Replace power section of ACOPOS.

6049: The current measurement in ACOPOS delivers invalid values.

  • The current measurement or the power section in ACOPOS is defective. An exchange is necessary.

7222: A leakage current against ground was detected.

  • Check the shield and the ground connection for a defective connection to a phase.
