630.x Resolver
Description
An error regarding the resolver of the motor has occurred.
Remedy
The reaction of the resolver can be checked by means of the 'Up/Down' LED on ACOPOSmulti if the motor is moved.
To efficiently look for resolver errors, it is sometimes useful to connect the resolver cable of another motor to the ACOPOSmulti. It is also helpful to swap two resolver cables in order to observe whether the error also occurs in the other servo amplifier. Do not start the machine in this state!
- Connection to the resolver interrupted/detached.
- Faults on resolver cable (check wire routing, NEVER route the encoder cable parallel to the motor cable.)
- Shield or resolver cable defective.
- Position resolver defective (change motor).
- ACOPOSmulti resolver analysis defective (change ACOPOSmulti or the resolver card).
