630.x Communication
Description
A problem occurred with the Powerlink communication. This concerns the internal drive system communication and NOT the CAN or Profibus.
Remedy
An error in the Powerlink communication can be caused by a bad connection, electrical faults or by the malfunction of an ACOPOS. Check whether the connections of the servo amplifier and the power supplies are in accordance with the diagram (sequence and, if need be, the layout of the network with the Powerlink hub). Electrical faults can be coupled with bad wire routing. Bus cables should never be laid parallel to power cables (e.g. motor or heating).Once the fault has been rectified, you will need to restart the machine.
1013, 32010, 32011, 32189, 32204, 32205, 64006: An ACOPOS has problems with the Powerlink communication.
- Incorrect Powerlink address (forgot setting of address after exchanging the device?).
Connection problems (plug on Powerlink cable / socket on ACOPOS).
Malfunction/defect of the ACOPOS device.
