896.x Lacquer monitor: pulse duration too small
Description
Outside lacquering monitor: the lacquer flow pulses at input A015:In8 or A046:In8 are too short. The pulses are shorter than the specified minimum value (default = 0.01 seconds).
Parameter: LacquerMonitorMinPulseDuration
Remedy
- Execute monitor setup again. Check the amount of lacquer.
- Top up lacquer tank.
- Clean/check lacquer nozzle.
- Check the lacquer tubes.
- Check the flow meter.
- Check the digital input.
