STW machine - tongue welding station
The monitor has detected three badly welded tongues in a row at the tongue sealing station.
Remedy
- Were the tongues punched and transported correctly?
- Recalibrate the STW monitor.
- STW monitor: check the limits.
- STW monitor: the monitor function can be switched off.
- Check the digital input.
