Wire run-in
The system monitors for correct wire unwinding and detects knots.
GCC Option WelderHasWireInletSafetyDevice active: → Machine Off fault
GCC Option WelderHasWireInletSafetyDevice inactive → Machine Crash fault
Remedy
- Check the copper wire feed for the welding machine.
- Check the GCC option WelderHasWireInletSafetyDevice.
- Check the digital input.
