698.x Can-body jam
Description
A jam has been detected on the oven conveyor. After more than 2.5 can bodies this jam is detected.
Remedy
- Remove the jam and let the system run again.
- Observe can-body flow and clear obstacles.
- Check production, can-body gap, and can-body height on the GCC.
- Check transport speed. V=(height + gap) * production.
- Check the digital input.
