691.x Powder: CPF silo sensor contaminated
Description
During the production process using powder, the CPF fill level sensor has to indicate that it is empty once the maximum time has elapsed.
This prevents can bodies from being produced without powder in the event that the sensor is misted up.
Time is defined (Parameter "PowderSiloCpfMaximumFullTime" as follows:
- Slow-speed machine (Soucan 100): 600 seconds
- Medium-speed machine up to 25 m/min (Soucan 600): 600 seconds
- Medium-speed machine from 25 m/min (Soucan 600): 300 seconds
- High-speed machine (Soucan 700 - 2000): 300 seconds
Remedy
- Check CPF powder container and powder feed.
- Check the CPF level sensor.
- Check the wiring to the control unit.
- Increase the "PowderSiloCpfMaximumFullTime" parameter to 600 seconds.
- Check the digital input.
