680.x Plate roll at weld station is blocked
Description
Soutube plate roller monitoring
The plate rollers in the welding station are monitored for a minimum speed ($SoutubePlateRollsMinSpeed). If this speed is not reached, this error message is displayed and production stopped.
This monitoring is active during production and set up with laser.
Remedy
- Check plate rollers are running freely.
- Check sensors on the plate rollers.
- Plate roller monitoring can also be switched off in the GCC.
- Check the digital input.
