673.x Eject station: Unstable can detection
Description
During calibration of the monitor, detection of the can-body at the ejector must be stable. At least two consecutive can bodies must be in the tolerance of max. 6%.
No can-body was detected at the ejector during monitor calibration, or the monitor switched off too early. Check this on the monitor icon (red - green).
Remedy
- Check can-body sensor at eject station.
- During initial setup, the monitor icon on the GCC must remain green until the last can body has passed the ejection station. If the icon turns red, the length of the conveyor belt must be increased on the options page.
- Check transport transitions at eject station.
- Stand-alone monitor: Check feeder signal.
- When a monitor channel (energy, temperature, CalForce or power monitor channel) is active, an ejection unit must be selected in the options.
- Check the digital input.
