497.x Overcurrent release
Description
A circuit breaker or motor protecting switch has tripped.
Attention: Several protection elements are switched in series.
Remedy
- Check the protection elements that are switched in series.
(e.g. 24 volt fuse protection, cabinet cooling fuse, SCU fuse, power supply to servo amplifier, 48 volt micro supply, vacuum pump, Discon, supply to control unit, supply to oven, etc.) - Search for and eliminate the cause of tripping.
- Reset the protective element.
- Check the digital input
