667.x Protective door/Emergency Stop monitoring fault
Description
Protective doors - safety device
If a relevant protective door is open or the emergency stop button has been pressed, the safety relay (PNOZ) must be released after 1 second at the latest.
Remedy
- Check the safety circuit according to the schematic drawing.
- A PNOZ fatal error can only be acknowledged by resetting the PNOZ or power cycling with the main switch.
- Diagnosis of external devices.
- Check the digital input.
