664.x Oven not heat up
Description
Burner element is not heating up. The required temperature cannot be reached even at maximum setpoint value.
During oven heat-up, a rise in temperature should be discernible. A minimum temperature difference needs to be reached within one minute. This temperature rise is monitored if the temperature is below the limits.
Parameter: OvenMinTemperatureDifference.
Remedy
Actual value is missing:
- Temperature sensor is defective / replace.
- Check temperature sensor for short circuit to ground.
- Check gas mixer and readjust.
- Check wiring.
- Replace analog card A22.
Setpoint value is missing:
- Check wiring.
- Replace analog card A22.
Actual/setpoint values are OK - Temperature is not reached:
- Check gas mixer and readjust.
- Reduce setpoint temperature.
