662.x Outside spray: Insufficient lacquer flow
Description
Lacquer monitor with LNS or LAS
At the outside lacquering monitor the lacquer flow is too low or too high.
Remedy
- Execute monitor setup again. Check the amount of lacquer.
- Top up lacquer tank.
- Clean/check lacquer nozzle.
- Check the lacquer tubes.
- Check the flow meter.
- Check the digital input.
