Description
Oven system without monitor eject system
If a jam is detected on the oven, and if a monitor eject system is not integrated downstream from the welding machine, then the machine will stop immediately. This measure protects the conveyor belts.
Remedy
- Clean up the jam in the oven and in the welding machine.
- Check the can-body flow on the oven conveyor.
- Check the conveyor speed in the oven.
- If available, activate monitor eject system in the options.
