582.x Inside spray: lacquer flow not ok
Description
Lacquer monitor with LNS or LAS
If no Soudronic inside lacquering monitor is used, the inside lacquering monitor must be deactivated.
If a customer-specific inside lacquering monitor is used, the digital signal must be connected to A015:X26 Pin 3.
If no inside lacquering monitor is used, a bridge must be inserted at A015:X26 Pin 3.
Lacquer flow is too low or too high at the inside lacquering monitor.
Remedy
- Execute monitor setup again. Check the amount of lacquer.
- Top up lacquer tank.
- Clean/check lacquer nozzle.
- Check the lacquer tubes.
- Check the flow meter.
- Check the digital input.
