417.x Powder monitor: signal too high

Powder monitor
This error is indicated when the mean value of the measurement during calibration is too high. The average exceeds the PccMaxWhiteAverage parameter.
Remedy
- Check whether all can bodies are coated during the setup procedure.
- Check whether the optical sensor is clean.
- Check whether the absorption reflector on the OHC is OK.
- Check whether the pilot light is in the center of the coating (at least 0.5 mm from the edge).
- Check whether the received coating signal amplitude is correct.
- Repeat calibration.
