Error 327.x Can-body jam
Description
The sensor of the eject station does not detect any gap over more than two and a half can-body lengths.
Remedy
- Perform calibration with the current can-body format.
- Eliminate can-body jam due to conveyor fault in the can-body sensor zone.
- If more than two can bodies are welded to each other, set wire and run-out belt speed and calibrating tool correctly.
- Set conveyor belt speed correctly. Test can-body sensor (B91) and replace if necessary.
- Test cabling and I/O card and replace if necessary.
