Error 240.5 Sensor defective
Description
Unicontrol node Unisoud A005 or Wire A025 digital input 2
Used for machines with a can-body sensor before the welding plane.
When starting the machine the can-body sensor A005:In2 or A025:In2 should not detect any sheet.
Remedy
- Remove can body upstream from the welding plane.
- Is the sensor correctly connected? High ==> can-body existing.
- Is the sensor weld resistant? Faults with welding current?
- Check the digital input.
