Error 200.x Unisoud/Pulsar: Measured current regulator deviation
Description
The regulator control (contamination) has tripped.
Only for UNISOUD or Pulsar Retro.
Without eject station: machine crash
With eject station: machine is stopped gradually. All subsequent can bodies are ejected.
Remedy
- Activate the energy channel monitor.
- Setup the monitor again.
- Check signal reduction monitor.
- Remove the contaminated sheet. Check the lacquer margin on the sheet.
- Check roller heads, welding transformer, sheet, copper wire and bolts in the primary and secondary circuit.
- Check the insulation of the welding transformer and check for short circuit.
- Check the Pulsar display; see the instruction manual for help.
- Check the digital input.
