In the PRC with level control, the lacquer shell is not filled within the time calculated in the set-up.
In the set-up
In PRC with level control, the lacquer shell in the set-up is not filled within the maximum time (parameter: initial time at switch-on).
Remedy
- Execute PRC level control setup.
- Increase parameter for initial time at switch-on.
- Check lacquer flow on the can body.
- Check lacquer tank.
- Check the lacquer tubes.
- Check the lacquer level sensor A015:In6.
- Check the digital input.
