Error 152.x Lacquer: initial fill timeout exceeded
Description
PRC with level control
At the PRC with level control after switching on the PRC system the lacquer shell must be filled after switching on the PRC system. The shell was not filled within the defined time.
Remedy
- The maximum permissible time for the fill process can be set in the GCC.
- Check the level sensor in the fill shell.
- Is sufficient lacquer available?
- Is the valve for lacquer feed activated?
- Check the digital input.
