Error 132.x Trailing end too late
Description
The trailing end of a can body was detected 37.5% later relatively to the set-up process. (37.5% relate to the throughput time when the can body passes by the sensor B91).
Remedy
- Set ejector and sensors correctly according to the Instruction Manual.
- Sensor LED must not flash in passive state. ==> Adjust sensor and clean or replace reflector.
- Set up the monitor after every change of the operating parameters (can-body height, transport lengths, can-body gap).
- Check can body flow. Do not speed up can body at sensor.
- Test can-body sensor and connection to the UNICONTROL node and replace if necessary.
- Check the digital input.
- Feeder ON signal in monitor box (X12) is missing.
