Error 127.x Plunger: fault
Description
The plunger monitoring sensor does not detect any plunger motion, although the plunger was triggered.
Remedy
- Check that compressed air supply is set according to specification.
- Replace damaged plunger (possibly replace with twin ejector plunger).
- Eliminate can-body jam in the area of the can-body sensor.
- Check plunger sensor and current path.
- Check valve cylinder and current path.
- Check ejection option on the monitor options page.
