Error 94.x Can-body jam

Remedy
- Can-body jam between rollformer and welding plane
The welding rollers did not take the can body. The sensor was covered too long.
The can body was destacked, but was never put into position in the welding unit by the infeed unit.
The can-body sensor did not detect the can body.
- Check feeder.
- Check can body flow path.
- Can-body jam at OHC powder arm
The powder monitor did not detect the can-body gap.
- Recalibrate the powder monitor.
- Increase can-body gap on the OHC.
- Check can-body gap in the welding machine.
- Can-body jam at outside lacquering
No gap was detected during 2.5 can-body heights.
- Check conveyor speed.
- Can-body jam at can upender.
No gap was detected during 2.5 can-body heights.
- Check conveyor speed.
- Can-body jam at DCS (without Unicontrol oven)
No gap was detected within 0.5 sec (parameter DcsMaxAllowedCanJamTime)
- Check conveyor speed.
- If the DCS inputs A033:In3 and A033:In5 are not used, no can-body jam will be triggered.
- Without Unicontrol oven: the can bodies can be ejected at the DCD or the discharge station. Change parameter $DcdEjectCansAfterDcsCanJam = TRUE.
