Remedy
- No sparks, clean the spark plug, check the electrode distance, maximum 3-4 mm.
- Check the ignition transformer, ground contact, plug.
- If the ignition control is defective/replace it.
- Check the flame monitor, check the monitoring electrode.
- Check the zero-pressure regulator (applies for systems with pressure regulators).
- LEDs light up on the safety valves of the mixer upon ignition. (applies for systems with pressure-regulators).
- Check primary pressure (gas) (3 m burner 10 to 70 mbar, 1.5 m burner 7 to 90 mbar).
- Check secondary air pressure (3 m burner per 1.5 mmWs, 1.5 m burner per 3 mm wg).
- Check the oven ready signal.
- The application software for burner controls with Honeywell DKG 972 N must be from February 2017.
