Error 67.x Burner fault
Description
One of the safety monitors of the ignition unit has tripped.
The flame goes out after ignition.
No signal from the flame monitor.
The safety valves on the mixer have not drawn.
Remedy
- Check flame monitoring, check monitoring electrode, check plug-in connection on burner (oxidation).
- Check the zero-pressure regulator.
- LEDs light up on the safety valves of the mixer upon ignition.
- Check primary pressure (gas) (3 m burner 10 to 70 mbar, 1.5 m burner 7 to 90 mbar).
- Check, gas/air mixture, goes out at ‘Flame low’.
- Secondary air pressure is too low (3 m burner per 1.5 mmWs, 1.5 m burner per 3 mm wg).
- Check the oven ready signal.
- Clean burner tube, full of soot.
