Description
Double sheet detection
Measured value of the analog sensor outside the permissible range.
Double sheet sensor base measurement greater than 9.6 volts
Double sheet sensor measurement less than (0.2 volts + double sheet offset)
Remedy
- Check the sheet thickness in the GCC.
- Check the roll gap.
- Set the analog distance sensor for the double-sheet measurement as prescribed.
- Measure the analog value of the sensor on the card.
- If present, replace analog card A22 at Unicontrol node.
- Replace Unicontrol node.
