Error 25.x Multiple misfeeds
Description
Feeder - rollformer
More than three sheets in production were not destacked.
Or three double sheets were detected in a row. This fault is not triggered in setup mode.
Remedy
- Add sheets in the feeder.
- Readjust feeder with separating magnets and separating air, replace suction cups.
- Check the single-sheet and double-sheet sensor at pull-in roller pair.
- Check concentricity of pull-in rollers.
- Check functionality of double-sheet deflector.
- Check the sheet thickness in the GCC.
- Check the digital input.
