Cause

• Over temperature

Remedy

1. Signs of abrasion on the axis indicate a fault current and can lead to overheating of the roller head. To resolve this issue, you should check the interface to the arm.
2. Ensure that the cooling system is functioning properly, as this can also lead to overheating. Noticeable discoloration of the roller head may indicate this problem.
3. The emulsion should be regularly monitored and replaced if necessary, as falling below the specified values can lead to issues such as heavy contamination in the contact area and inadequate lubrication on the contact surfaces.
