Quality recommendations for cooling circuits and DISCON emulsion
Water quality:
In order to guarantee trouble-free operation of the water cooling circuits and DISCON cooling system, the raw water must meet the following conditions:

| Total viable count [CFU/ml] | < 1000 |
If the required water quality cannot be achieved, the raw water must be treated.
Chemical additives (for water circuits only):
We recommend our water additive VULCO SOUDRONIC to protect against corrosion and to prevent formation of calcification, algae, mold and bacteria. Dosing 2.0%.
If a different water additive is used it must be checked for tolerance with the materials and sealants present in the circuit (copper and copper alloys, steel, aluminum, NBR and Viton) and must not have any negative influence upon their stability.
Note:
In case of leakages the same water quality and dosing of chemical additives must be added.
The water quality must be checked periodically.
