Error 5.x Flow rate too low / Water pump switched off
Description
A cooling circuit has fallen below the minimum flow rate. The measured values are shown on the GCC “Cooling water” page.
Remedy
- Open the cooling water valve.
- Check water inlet pressure.
- Clean the cooling water filter.
- Check the sensor (turbine) and clean or replace.
- Check the cooling water lines.
- Reduce the cooling water flow in the GCC.
- Discon cooling: the minimum flow rate can be reduced for all AFB/FBB 100...1000 machines with serial cooling.
- Set parameter $CoolingCircuitMinForDisconIsReduced = TRUE.
- Check the digital input.
