I have problems with the settings of the sensors B19, B24 and B78 (Nonstop down stacker version)

While pushing the key wire drive manual, the wire tensioning cylinders running against mechanical end stop. Message "Wire break" is displayed.

The machine / control is going "off" as soon as the wire starts to run or rather the water valve is opening.

Lower welding arm/welding roller get warm/hot

The LED "SF" and "ER" of the PLC are "red". Wire drive and/or down stacker does not start. No Profibus connection to Pacemaker™.
