During production the machine slows down and the synchronisation between down stacker and pusher is lost
Causes:
The encoder signal for the production speed of the inverter U7 is coming from a external encoder mounted on the down stacker. On the shaft of this encoder there is a small white plastic gear wheel mounted. Please check the screw of this wheel, it might not be fixed well.
