Motor push finger does not start. Error P03

Motor push finger does not start. Motor tries to move but stops immediately. Servo-controller shows error P03.

P03 = positioning countering error

Cause:

• Resolver on the backside of the body transport motor is damaged.
  • Check if the bearings are worn out!
     
• Resolver is not fixed well on the shaft.
  • Fix it!
     
• Wire break in the cable between resolver and servo controller.
  • Check the cable!
