Summary
Cookie consent must be accepted and cookies must be allowed for www.mysoudronic.com. Otherwise some pages will not work as expected.
Cause
- No machines are listed in Machine-Overview.
- No additional menu options are available in header menu. Contacts-Overview is not available.
Delete & accept new browser cookies
Chrome
- Open chrome://history/ in a new tab.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Check Cookies and other site and plug-in data.
- Check Cached images and files. Note: Make sure that all the other fields are un-checked
- From the Obliterate drop-down menu, choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select the beginning of time.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Exit/close all browser windows and re-open the browser.
- Cookie consent must be accepted and cookies must be allowed for www.mysoudronic.com
Firefox
- From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
- From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
- Next to "Details," select the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
- Selecct Clear Now.
- Exit/close all browser windows and re-open the browser.
- Cookie consent must be accepted and cookies must be allowed for www.mysoudronic.com
Microsoft Edge
- In the top right, select the Hub icon (looks like three horizontal lines).
- Select the History icon, and then select Clear all history.
- Select Browsing history > Cookies and saved website data > Cached data and files. Select Clear.
- After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/close all browser windows and re-open the browser.
- Cookie consent must be accepted and cookies must be allowed for www.mysoudronic.com
Opera
- From the Opera menu, select Settings > Delete Private Data....
- In the dialog box that opens, select the items you want to clear, and then select Delete.
- Exit/close all browser windows and re-open the browser.

- From the Safari menu, select Clear History and Website Data....
- Select the desired time range, and then select Clear History.
- Go to Safari > Close Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely.

- From the Safari menu, select Reset Safari....
- Select the items you want to reset, and then select Reset. As of Safari 5.1, Remove all website data includes both cookies and cache.

The steps to clear your cache, cookies, and history may differ depending on the model of your Android device and your preferred browser. You should be able to clear your cache and data from your application management settings menu:

- In the list of installed apps, find and tap your web browser. Tap Clear Data and then Clear Cache.
