Issue on single slitter with Siemens PLC
Problem:
- Error message „Magnet belt not down” displayed on HMI.
- Arrow buttons „Up” and „Down” for magnet belt are not visible anymore.
- Magnet belt does only exist on the second table on the duplex slitter.
Causes & Resolutions:
Arrow button „Up” for magnet belt may be visible for a brief time and pushed during startup of panel.
Delete error message:
- Login with canman user → Contact CANMAN for password
- Go to Setup
- Change the function Single slitter to OFF (See attached picture)
- Go back to the main screen.
- The up and down button for magnet belt will be visible.
- Push and hold the arrow button down for magnet belt until the error message “Magnet belt not down“ disappears.
- Go back to the canman settings and set the function “Single slitter” back to ON.
