Material retrun, process description
Please open a new Support Ticket and select "Material return" as subject. As soon as we receive the Support Ticket, we will send you an e-mail with a reference number as confirmation and an enclosure document with a QR-Code. Please enclose this document with the goods. This makes it easier for us to identify the parts and leads to shorter waiting times for you as customer.
Option 1
- You can create a Support Ticket from the Support Ticket section.
Option 2
- You can also search for the corresponding device or equipment in the Machine Overview section and create a support ticket directly related to the device. The information of the device or equipment, will then be transferred directly into the Support Ticket.
- Select "Material return" from the subject.
