When accessing Soudronic data, all users (internal and external) must perform MFA.
Multifactor Authentication (MFA) when Access Soudronic AG Data
In this guide we will show you the External Users (Guest Accounts) Process creating his MFA Method.
Invitation: A guest account can be created in several ways: by sharing a document or folder in OneDrive or SharePoint, or by creating a guest account with an invitation from the administrator. The email received may vary depending on the invitation method, but the process to create the MFA method is the same in all cases.
E.g.: OneDrive Share E-Mail
- Login: After clicking the shared link or the "Open" button, you will need to log in with the same email address that received the invitation or share.
- By pressing Next, you will receive a code by email, which needs to be entered here.
- After pressing the Sign in button, you need to accept the invitation by clicking Accept for "Permission requested by:".
- MFA: A new window appears for MFA registration. Start the process by clicking Next.
- Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone and click Next.
- Click Next.
- Add a new account in the Microsoft Authenticator app by scanning the QR code and press Next.
- Confirm the code in the Microsoft Authenticator app and press Next.
- Finalize the MFA process by pressing Done. After that, you will be redirected automatically to the required page.
